Shep Pie and letting Graeme smell your breath to appreciate the scones made me laugh out loud.

If I were a huge-cut-buff dude I'd yell at you to hit the gyms and reach pass the limit. But I'm just a little buff dude.

You make me think about motivation. About guilt. About goals. About old habits and consciously conditioning new ones.

In an author's memoir he relates jogging to writing a novel. Most days he doesn't want to run. He asked an Olympic marathon runner about getting up in the morning to run and was relieved that the response was 'I don't want to run either, I want to stay in bed.'
